What happens after I sign up?

After signing up, you will meet with our onboarding associate broker to learn our processes and procedures. You will receive a list of contacts, walkthrough our offices, and meet the leadership team. You can immediately enroll in our SMART Training series, Boot Camp, and SMART Series specialty courses to learn the basics or refresh your memory on important topics in the industry. You will be scheduled for a new business-professional headshot, have business cards ordered for you, and be given the materials to begin marketing yourself as an Arterra Luxe Advisor.

How can I utilize the office space?

Our office spaces are located in Downtown Rochester and the Mall at Partridge Creek. Both locations offer desk space and computers available for agent use. Conference rooms can be reserved for closings or other meetings you may need the space for.

How am I compensated and what creative ways do you offer to increase it?
